“NSCK1 vertical” RULES
- Art. 1. Organization
The tender is organized by A.S.D. nscBellagioSkyteam, in collaboration with local associations and under the patronage of the Municipality of Bellagio.
- Art. 2. Race
The Vertical NSCK1 will take place on 19 October 2019, with departure on line at 16.00 from the Piazza di San Giovanni, Bellagio fraction. The race has a development of 4.5km unfolds on mountain trails with a positive altitude difference of 850 meters.
Registration for the competition implies acceptance, in all its parts and without reservation, of this regulation. By registering, each competitor undertakes to fully respect the aforementioned Official Competition Rules, freeing the organizers of any civil or criminal liability for any accident, for damage to persons and / or things derived from him or caused by himself, which may occur for the entire duration of the event.
- Art. 3. Changes to the itinerary or cancellation
The organization reserves the right to modify at any time the location or location of the emergency and refreshment points, without any notice for the athletes. In the event of adverse weather conditions (cold, rain, high risk of thunderstorms or other) and for safety reasons, the organization reserves the right to:
Postpone or cancel the departure;
Change or reduce the route;
Suspend the race while it is running or change the time barriers.
In case of cancellation of the race, the registration fee will not be refunded
- Art. 4. Admission conditions
In order to be admitted to the competition the competitors must meet all the following conditions:
To be in possession of a medical competitive certificate for a valid track and field event. The certificate must be delivered in a certified copy together with the registration form.
With their registration, the competitors certify that they are in such physical and mental condition that they can face the race and recognize that they have documented the risks and difficulties of the course.
All athletes registered with sports promotion bodies (CSEN, CSI, UISP ….) and FIDAL members can participate.

Entries to the weekend races can be made online at www.bellagioskyteam.it at the race registration link. In addition to Paypal payments, you can use a credit card, direct bank transfer, bank transfer, satispay, sofort …
From the link you will be directed to the Endu portal.
In the case of registrations made in the affiliated shops (Radaelli Sport and 3Passi Morbegno / Patagonia) by filling in the online forms, in order to formalize the registration it will also be necessary to deliver a copy of the medical certificate.
The registration fee includes: race package, pasta party, eventual prizes, shower service at the Palazzetto dello Sport di Bellagio.
- Art. 7. Recommended equipment

- Art. 8. Insurance
The organization will take out liability insurance for the entire period of the test. This insurance does not cover any costs for research or transport by helicopter or other exceptional means, the costs of which are therefore borne by the athlete. Participation in the test is in any case under the total responsibility of the competitors who, with their registration, renounce any recourse against the organizers in case of damage and further consequences that may derive from them during the race.
- Art. 9. Delivery of bib numbers
The bib and race pack will be delivered the same day of the race at thePalazzetto dello Sport di Bellagio according to the times you will find on our dedicated website.
- Art. 10. Personal effects of competitors
It is possible to use the gym’s locker rooms and it is advisable to carry away bags with personal items inside.
- Art. 11. Punching and checks at departure
The bib number with chips is provided and the competitors will be automatically stamped at the time of the start.
- Art. 12. Check points
Checkpoints are planned along the route. However, the organization reserves the right to carry out checks at any point on the route, without any notice. A final point of control is foreseen at the arrival which will allow the timekeepers to establish the final rankings.
- Art. 13. Security and assistance
Safety and Medical Assistance will be provided by the organization’s personnel and a medical-health care in the departure area. Every athlete has the obligation, under penalty of disqualification, to assist the other athletes in any difficulty and to report to the staff of the organization situations that require rescue or help intervention. One or more volunteers of the organization will ensure the closing of the race and will follow the last competitor. The so-called broom service.
- Art. 14. Refreshment points
Refreshments will be provided with drinks and groceries. Plastic cups will be available in the refreshment posts: it is forbidden to throw empty glasses over a hundred meters from the refreshment point. Competitor’s disqualification penalty. On arrival there will be a refreshment point with water and salt. In Brogno locality (at km 2.9 of the race) athletes will find a refueling / refreshment point with food, fruit and various beverages upon return.
- Art. 15. Maximum time
A maximum time of 75 ’will be established. After that the race will be closed.
- Art. 16. Collection
In case of withdrawal, the competitor will have to return to the valley and return the race number to the refreshment point in Brogno or to the person in charge of the
service “broom” that close the race.
- Art. 17. Penalties and Disqualifications
The staff of the organization on the course is authorized to check compliance with the entire regulation and, above all, respect for the environment.
The jury of the competition can decree the disqualification of a competitor in case of failure to comply with the regulation and in particular of:
Failure to move to a checkpoint;
Failure to assist another competitor in case of difficulty;
Abandonment of own material along the way;
Pollution or degradation of the place with abandonment of waste on the route;
Un respectful behavior towards members of the organization or volunteers;
A minimum penalty of one hour is applied for all other deficiencies to the regulation.
- Art. 18. Jury for complaints
The complaints submitted by the athletes will be judged by a Jury composed of:

The decisions will be taken in a manner compatible with the obligations of the race, on all the reasons for contention or events that occurred during the race. The resolutions adopted are final.
- Art. 19. Rankings and prizes
All athletes will receive a race package. Prizes will be awarded to the first 5 athletes of the respective male and female categories.
- Art.20. City streets
All roads in the city area will NOT be closed to traffic. Road traffic is open. The absolute respect and observance of the Highway Code applies. Traffic officers will be present at the road crossings which will be 5 during the descent phase. In the absence of such an employee, the competitor is obliged to respect the priorities and not to obstruct the city traffic.

- Art. 21. Image rights
Each competitor expressly renounces, during the test, to make use of the rights on his own image, as well as renouncing any appeal against the organizer.
- Art. 22. Processing of personal data
Furthermore, by registering for the competition, each athlete explicitly authorizes the organization to process their personal data, pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 “Code regarding the protection of personal data”. Furthermore in the light of the new EU regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (GDPR) The data will be stored and processed in the manner prescribed.
- Art.23 Shuttle service
A shuttle service will be set up to transport backpacks to Brogno 550 mt. slm
- Art. 24 Timing
Chip timing is provided, managed by OTC.
